THE BASIC SET OF SERVICES AND DOCUMENTS: US$ 1,560

The set includes Memorandum and Articles of Association, Certificate of Incorporation, Minutes appointing First Director(s), Annual Registration/Licence Fee for a Share Capital of US$50,000, the current year Registered Agent and Registered Office Fee, Legalization by Apostille, and courier delivery.

OPTIONAL SERVICES

Corporate Nominee Director's Package: US$ 650

The Mauritius Corporate Nominee Director's Package consists of corporate nominee director's services and general power of attorney authenticated by Apostille for one year.
Using the General Power of Attorney you would be able to sign contracts, open, manage, and close bank accounts and generally do all things what the company director would do.

ANNUAL RENEWAL FEES

Will be due from 2nd year of operations and thereafter.

Minimum from $ 950. This fee includes:

  1. Registered office/Registered agent fee ($650)
  2. FSC annual licence fee + ($235)
  3. Registrar of Companies fees ($65)

VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES:

Mail forwarding service

Service fee US$ 350 per year + deposit US$ 100 for handling charges.

Fax forwarding service

Service fee US$ 350 per year + deposit US$ 100 for handling charges.

Document re-mailing services.

Service fee US$ 400 per year + deposit US$ 100 for handling charges.

 

Notes:

  1. Fees may  vary  according  depending  on  exposure,  level  of  activity  /  technical  complexity.  ANNUAL  FEES applies only where assets under management do not exceed USD 2.5 million. There is an additional fee of 0.05% per annum of  the  additional  amount  of  assets.  The  annual  fees  do  not  include  administration,  secretarial  nor  professional  services which are charged and invoiced independently.
  2. Courier fees, bank charges and other disbursements are billed separately and charged at cost.
  3. Our registered agent in Mauritius charges on a time and cost basis for services provided other than matters listed above. This is available on request.  
  4. Our registered agent in Mauritius reserves the right to amend this fee agreement from time to time on notice.
